Tropical Seashell Cupcakes and Cake

I made this tropical seashell cake and cupcakes for my brother David’s destination wedding in Florida.

I used a mold and white chocolate colored with gel paste for the seashells. Mixing white chocolate with the various colors made really pretty, striated effects. The cake layer was mandarin orange flavor and the cupcakes were banana and blue velvet.
